Please submit a copy of the geotechnical engineer's plan review letter. Still need a completed and signed special inspection and testing agreement form prior to approving this application. I spoke with Robert Corbett, architect and contact, regarding the need for the special inspection form. The signed form will be faxed or emailed to the Aptos office. Building Plans will remain in Aptos and returned after reciept of the form. ******************************************************************** Update 12/20/07 Still no special inspection form. Plans returned to routing room. I apoke with Robert Corbett, architect, to inform him of this. The form may be turned into a building counter technician.
